Dr. Asher has provided expert testimony in antitrust cases involving allegations of price fixing and market allocation, has analyzed class certification issues, and constructed damage models in a variety of cases covering a wide range of industries. He was the court-appointed expert in the largest gender discrimination damages case in the United States and conducted contract research and evaluation for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare and Department of Health.
