Mr. Jackman was retained on behalf of a proposed class of purchasers of protectant used to treat furniture sold by the Defendants to perform complex data analyses in order to calculate how much protectant would have been required to treat the relevant furniture sold by Defendants relative to the amount of relevant protectant purchased by Defendants.
