In re Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) Antitrust Litigation
Jonathan Schwartz designed a methodology for distributing more than $200 million in indirect purchaser settlements for In Re: DRAM Antitrust Litigation that the Special Master described as fair, reasonable and adequate. Mr. Schwartz’s methodology also served as the basis for the proposed distribution of claims that was approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
