In re Transpacific Passenger Air Transportation Litigation
Jonathan Schwartz was retained on behalf of a proposed class of transpacific passengers alleging collusion among the airlines. The Court relied on Mr. Schwartz’s declaration in denying most of Defendants’ summary judgment claims regarding the Filed Rate Doctrine. Mr. Schwartz also supported the expert that testified regarding class certification and damages in this matter.
