Jonathan Schwartz supported two experts in preparation of their expert reports analyzing the adverse nature of Northwestern Mutual’s switch in dividend policy for fixed flexible premium annuities on behalf of a proposed class of annuitants. Mr. Schwartz also issued declarations regarding damages in this matter. The case settled for $84 million.
