Mr. Jackman was retained on behalf of a proposed class of purchasers of home master protection agreements sold by the Defendants to perform analyze whether a standard and reliable methodology exists that could utilize data and information possessed by the Defendants to measure damages suffered by proposed class members as a result of the alleged misconduct without resorting to individualized inquiry.
